I am in love with helping build strong leaders for our children. I am a Principal Coach and Educational Career Specialist. I help aspiring school leaders reach their education career goals by teaching them the skills necessary to be successful.
I have worked as a teacher, instructional coach, principal and leadership coach. I've had experience working with multiple grade levels ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade in various states. In each capacity of my career I have always incorporated coaching to assist others and myself.
What I have learned over time is that educational leaders need support that comes from a place of understanding, skill and compassion.
